For over 200 years, there has always been a legal mechanism for immigration into the United States. That mechanism still exists to this very day. We are all children of immigrants; many (if not most) of us several generations removed. This executive action punishes those who have followed our laws, and rewards those who have circumvented the laws of the land. Thats the wrong message to broadcast to the planet. Anything given away for free (such as citizenship) loses its inherent value.
