For several years I have had this health concern - Bradycardia -- which essentially means my heart often beats too slowly - in the low 50s and sometimes dipping into the high 40s -- causing lightheadedness, fatigue, weakness, memory loss and confusion (in other words brain issues ha!) - along with all that some chest pain off and on ... I have great fear of going to the doctors and finding out if it is serious - everything seems to point to possibly needing a pacemaker installed - the very idea pretty much throws me into a panic attack (think of what my Kelly has to put up with ha!) ... today I am surrendering to my fear and making an appointment. Of course - notice its 10:40 in the morning and I still havent called my doctor ;)
