For six years Ive been given tips on how to clean mildew & how to prevent mildew. I have made every effort to intelligently communicate that it is clearly in the walls. Only to have gobs of caulk squeezed around the tub. As long as I dont clean it. And I leave the mildew caulk alone it stays on. In fact several months ago I had my whole bathroom floor redone. We spent 2 weeks with no bathroom. Clearly there is s difference between quality of work and quantity of time spent on a job.. This is just one issue with the house I live in. I have made in my opinion every effort possible to relay the issues and problems concerning this house. Im no expert but I do not feel it is healthy to bathe with mold puking into your water. I have 2 small children who are greatly affected by all of these issues. I would like to think my poor landlord is drowning with endless work and issues that time just wont allow them to do the right thing.. I feel unless I put it out to our community nothing will ever get resolved. Children will always be sick, and no one will ever be held accountable for just simply being honest. If you cant do something ask for help. Im just not sure if thats the case Here... I was told I get more than everyone else... Although it was said by one of my landlords handy men. It started making me think what the other homes this Better Homes of Wisconsin LLC corporation owns. I have much much more to say.. I just thought Id get the New Year started with some Food for thought.
