For ten years, I had been afflicted by the grievous cervical spondylosis. Each year I had to live in hospital a period of time to adopt physical treat. That’s anguished memories. But all the miserable reminiscence will never come again for I have dispensed it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have done yoga. I take yoga half an hour every day, pulling my legs and arms, turning neck, wiggling waist and relaxing everyday tension.
