For ten years, I had been afflicted by the serious cervical spondylosis. Each year I had to live in hospital a period of time to accept physical treat. That’s painful reminiscence. But all the unbearable recall will never come again for I have got rid of it. My old trouble doesn’t attack me since I have excised yoga. I do yoga half an hour every day, pulling my legs and arms, moving neck, twisting waist and releasing everyday tension. I do acknowledge that yoga have shaped a new me not only on outline but the psychology that I am more positive than usual.
