Write a simple lesson plan ask your teacher what plans look like make a terms plans try and adjust learn what to expect and how you can improve accept mistakes and unexpected and adjust as you go along...this will help keep interest make a check list of points you need to cover ...learn time management bullet point goals and objectives..eg today every one will learn about diaphragm, breathing, rhtm, reading by ear or by wrote,posture or intervals,learning doing understanding .then build resources list or methods of teaching and other angles to enable learners to grasp points.. get an intro teachers training book( to see whats involved)..go to a school ask if you can sit in on a lesson for a week to observe.take notes what went well timing content practical and theoretical balance...maybe you might get some teacher support experience ..how do they do it? can I copy some things ?improve or develop my style ...down load templates free keep it simple...make a start follow a method initially? Learn personalities peer groups strenghts and weaknesses of the individuals consult with your teachers note problems and qyestions and suggested solutions...tape yourself and the group to playback and analyse ...with their permissions!you learn as do they its a wonderfully humilifying experience.have plan abcdef and g..learn to enjoy and encourage posative use of language and non verbal expresion ...smile and learn to establish good eye contact..build on your own past learning experiences.
