For the final stage of my 2015 Blessing Day, I folded my Freedom - TopicsExpress

For the final stage of my 2015 Blessing Day, I folded my Freedom Woman painting in half length ways with the image on the inside. This left me with the pre-painted blank side to create a booklet from. I folded it into quarters, so I had 8 panels to work with. Heres what I wrote on each panel: 1. A 2015 Title page 2. My body, mind and spirit intentions 3. The doorway Im intending to step through this year and what that is based in 4. A Rumi quote that brings me to the heart of my intentions 5. An ancient prayer which reminds me of the Real and draws me into its presence 6. Medicine Bag full of symbols for those things to remember to do when life is stressful or sucky. It sits next to my word for this year- what Im intending to work with most deeply. 7. A panel with 6 boxes for my goals around Family, Creativity, Spirituality, Business, Music, Health (you can choose anything you like). These all sit above my word of the year to remind me that each of the goals are based in this quality, and are a means to explore it, rather than go into stressful, drivey-strivey mode which is my usual way of doing things. These goals are not goal posts in and of themselves, they are reflections of how Id like to explore my word of the year. 8. A personal motto to remember this year, with 10+ things Id like to celebrate about myself this year streaming out of it. Of course, you can include whatever is relevant for you! I then folded up my paper into a booklet and placed my life-time blessing book inside it, attached with a red thread I have worn around my wrist since beginning my Color of Woman training. I added glitter, and voila! My 2015 Blessing Book was complete. It will be kept on my altar all year, and looked at often to keep me centred and on track with the things that are meaningful for me. Blessings to you and your 2015 xxx
