For the last 10 years l have been making 3 trips up and back to Scotland . M5, M6,M74 M8, simple l hear you say, O No not this time leaves at 3-30 am on the 5th Nov M5 junc 10 kicked off Motorway follow the black sign, easy, back down to junc 11 route took us 50 miles to get back on M5. because your divisions signs have suddenly disappeared. back on the M5. M6 no problem M74 l missing the sign for Shotts ends up going the wrong way thro Wishaw turns round and finds a different way to get to Shotts, arrives 11-30 am. cup of tea ( much needed ) Gets Tammy from school had a lovely fun 4 hrs with her on her 13th birthday, 7-30pm heads home M8, M74 no problem apart from a big tail back, M6 going great till we gets to Warrington kicked off Motorway follow the sign which you do and they fecking disappear, find the enter back on the M6 no chance closed off, 11-30 at night havent a fecking clue where l am pulls up by a roundabout. all off a sudden l see Blue flashing lights behind me Policeman gets out comes over you ok guys?? No just want to go to Bristol O right ok, gets us back on the right way back to M6 what a nice Police man heads us back on the right way. M6 lovely 76 miles from Brim all going good, M5 thinking about the 50 miles out of the way at junc 9 and 10, Feck it l thought l will just drive straight thor your fecking roads works, l have had it. Finally walks in the door at 2-45 having been up for 26 and half hrs, my head hits the pillow. Nightmare over...............
