For the last year and a half, I’ve had the pleasure of working with one of the world’s most up-and-coming non-profits. What started as a 3 month contract, quickly turned into a long-term obsession that afforded me some deeply meaningful, life-altering experiences. I’ve done some of the most important work of my career, interfaced with inspiring people daily, forged life-long friendships, and met the love of my life. I’ve been able to travel the world, banter with billionaires, help scale a company at blinding speeds, be part of a movement, and generally look forward to every day at the office. However, every story has an ending, and my time at UP Global has come to its conclusion. I’ve been afforded the opportunity to join one of my lifelong best friends, Colin Proctor at Slalom Consulting to help pioneer the next chapter of user experience and creative strategy in this burgeoning consultancy. While I’ll always have a deep-seated appreciation for my time at UP, I’ve also been able to successfully develop much of the long-term infrastructure we set out to create, build an amazing team, and ultimately provide the strategic heavy-lifting that was needed during a crucial time of development for this unique organization. Ive recognized that the time for transition is approaching, and wouldnt miss an opportunity like this for the world. Super excited for what’s next, and love everyone who I’ve had the chance to work with during this chapter of my life. Cheers to you all - past, present, and FUTURE!
