For the month of April we responded to 70 calls for service. We responded to 44 medical calls transporting 34 patients to area hospitals. We responded to 7 fire alarm activations and 2 motor vehicle accidents both with no injury. The ambulances responded to Newfields 5 times transporting 3 patients to the hospital. The ambulances responded mutual aid to Stratham 3 times transporting 2 patients to the hospital, once to Durham with no transport and provided coverage for Mcgregor Amb of Durham during a large event. Ladder 2 responded mutual aid to Newfields for a structure fire. Other calls included a wood stove issue on Fogg Cir., a fire in a trash can in the High School, a burst pipe in a residence on Wadleigh Falls Rd., a motorcycle fire on Ithica Ln., a bark mulch fire on Penstock Way, a odor of gas in the Rite Aid and an un-permitted burn on Lee Hook Rd.
