For the most part, the NY Times is a great read. But frequently, their lifestyle sections, detailing the suffering of Manhattans beleaguered trustafarians makes me want to hurl the paper across the room. For example, this turd. Follow his months long quest to find a suitable apartment for a creative soul. Will our hero find a pad in an acceptably hip neighborhood, near Whole Foods, and without too many stairs? Yes! He lands one for $3,700 a month (and a $5,000 finders fee to his realtor). Thats doable with his housing allowance from daddy! And best of all, it has high ceilings, so Mr. Creative soul can hang a giant painting over his bed.... of himself!
