For the past twelve weeks, we has been having discussion concerning this Ebola virus epidemic. And I would like to thank all the forums, the people who has been asking questions and all the people who are liking and sharing my posts. I really do appreciate you guys a lot. And I also do appreciate all of the people who are participating in their own little ways to help with this epidemic of Ebola virus. This epidemic is a collective fight that we all must fight together, so we can put an end to this Ebola virus outbreak. So for this week, I would like to focused on the Ebola virus prevention. Now this teaching this week, is based on my experiences being in the medical field. Again I am stressing on this fact, if we move to a new course and you still have questions about the old one. Please feel free to ask, I will be gladly to go back and have a discussion about it. With that being said: Ebola Virus 300 Here are some helpful measurements steps: 1. Know and be aware of YOUR SURROUNDINGS at all times. 2. Do not go around or get closed to Ebola virus infected areas, if you are not qualify with the proper PPE on. 3. Ebola virus is a direct contact virus, please BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU COME ACROSS WITH(keep company). 4. Sanitize(wash your hands or use antibacterial soap) your hands as often or many times a day. 5. I heard people are using bleach water to washing their hands. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH BLEACH. 6. Bleach is an acid based solution. Acid is dangerous for your body and intestines. DO NOT NOT DRINK BLEACH. Bleach is very toxic and can kill you too. If you are going to uses bleach to clean your home, open all the windows so air can come in. 7. Avoid eating meat in the street, meaning places that are not Resturant based( for example: when I visited back home, I noticed a lot of street cooking without the proper utensils. Avoid street cookings, because most of their utensils used to prepared those foods, has been sitting out all day and flies with bacterial has infest with on their utensils.) 8. Avoid eating bush meat. 9. If you heard someone is vomiting and bleeding please do not go there and be nosy(congosa) so you can later gossip about it. Stay away from that area and call the proper authorities. 10. Unless you are medical personnel and knows what you are doing, please please please do not try to take care of an Ebola virus patient. You the person that is trying to help, and you are not qualify to help, is causing more harm than good. You are actually infecting yourself with the Ebola virus by trying to take care of that patient. And also have a great potential to spread it to others. 11. If you have come in contact with someone that is infected with the Ebola virus, report immediately to the closest treatment centers. 12. If someone lives in your household or compound that has been infected with the Ebola virus, please please please report to the closest treatment centers for further treatments. 13. Make sure everyone in that house hold and compound report to the closest treatment centers and get treatments immediately. 14. Make sure that whole compound or household is sanitize properly by the proper authorities before anyone could enter that household and compound again. Again I am stressing the fact: EARLY DETECTION IS THE BEST WAY TO STOP THE OUTBREAK OF THIS EBOLA VIRUS. It can save your life! Please do not wait until it is too late!
