For the poor hard working people we need a strong bayt (no disapproval) leadership system. Not a socialism where no one needs to care. Not a democracy where the one with the most money can buy the most votes to get the opportunity to make their money back with a return from poor peoples taxes. What I am presenting is a strong system. The bad people will tell you that a strong leadership does not work or is corrupt. What I am trying to tell you is that you need to run countries like a CEO. The people do not care to write down what they have learned so I am forced to provide a summary. Here is what I have learned and what needs to be implemented for creating a better country. I want your help in improving my country and through this, help oppressed and confused people. I do not want the opportunists to take advantage of the lack of foresight or literacy to understand the consequences of following any opportunist blindly. Please take this writing and explain to the majority why we do not need to vote to make things better. We need to listen to reason and real research so problems and issues can be eliminated from their root causes. Here are the important issues which need to be implemented so people can live peacefully as humans. There shall be progress and there shall be trials by God which may seem like regression. But you need to understand that this universe was created as a test not for entertainment. Reliable energy at home This means that all family members should have reliable and affordable electricity or other sources of energy at home for lighting, heating and cooking. More of that energy should be sustainably generated. Effective cures for illnesses. This means that procedures which actually cure the illness. Efforts should be made to eliminate ineffective fads and support real therapies which are observed to work. Chronic diseases should be eliminated and not created. Access to clean water and sanitation This means that every person should have access to safe water for drinking, cooking and washing, and access to sanitation. The drinking water should be up the quality of distilled water. Political freedoms This means that every person should be able to play a part in political processes in their own country, including through giving suggestions with reasons and supporting research. The leaders should always read all written opinions. Free opinion which has not reason and supporting research should not be considered based on its popularity. Those who have lied and found guilty with proof should never be allowed to express suggestions. Freedom from discrimination and persecution This means that no person in the world should have their economic, social or political opportunities limited because of their religion, skin color, race, ethnicity, disability, or for any other reason, except that it contradicts Gods commands. Equality between men and women This means that men and women should have the same rights and opportunities. Boys and girls should have equal access to school and the same quality of education; men and women should stand the same chance of having their writings to leaders read and comprehended and acted upon. They should have the same chances to be involved in political and social life, and experience the same opportunities and rewards in the workplace however the lack of availing those chances and actually getting equal results is not guaranteed. The standards on which those opportunities are measured and provided shall be the same for men and women. To get the same results or better the same or better amount of effort needs to be put in to avail those equal opportunities. Affordable and nutritious food This means that everyone should get the food they need. All people in the world should be constantly hungry if they chose to. The leadership aims to provide the amount of food required for each person to stay alive. no person should become malnourished, especially pregnant women and children aged less than two. The leaders shall take a personal responsibility to make sure everyone is well fed. In case the economy or a drought does not permit the possibility, the leaders shall consider the possibility of arranging loans if possible. Support for people who cant work This means that every person should have enough food and shelter to survive. When people can’t work, or are affected by events like natural disasters or economic crises, the leaders do the best to so families don’t go hungry or without shelter. Better job opportunities This means that the leaders shall do the best to create organizations where everyone able to work gets a respectable job and can contribute and feel valued as a productive member of society. The wage shall depend on the work being done. A decent livable wage is not guaranteed because the welfare of the people is already the responsibility of the leaders. A good education After the food and shelter is taken care of. If there are more resources available to the leaders, then access to knowledge is their responsibility. The creation of libraries so those who want to learn can learn science useful for the progress of humanity and compassion. An honest and responsive leadership This means that leaders should be God fearing, effective, transparent, accountable and not corrupt. People should be able to write with reasons and supporting research suggestions. Since the leaders are responsible for the results along with the people, they shall have the final say in the matters. Leaders should document and make all expenses from them available to all people on how the collected money is spent. This information is not for people who are not governed by the leadership. Protection against crime and violence This means that all people should expect to live in a community that protects them from the threat of crime and violence. Crimes and violence is defined by Gods rules. The leadership is responsible for providing correct and timely justice according to Gods policies. Sustainability Resources should be managed by leaders considering the future generations. This includes but not limited to natural resources, energy, terraforming and living things. Ownership of resources. People can possess resources. The absolute ownership is that of God. Legally the possessors are temporary. When a person dies, their possession shall transfer to the heirs according to Gods rules or the will of the deceased. Zakat 2.5% of all assets possessed which are not actively being utilized in production or any business or under active use by the person for the past 12 lunar months. This amount needs to be provided to the leadership for charity and supporting the poor people who cannot work or need the help of the leadership. Example : A person has 401 houses and lives in only one. Then 400 are not utilized personally. If the 400 unused houses are not rented and are just rotting away for more than the last 12 lunar months, then 2.5% (10 houses) need to be provided to the leadership for the poor people. If they are rented then they are being used. So if the rent is placed in a bank and is 400,000 Dirhams. If the money is not used for the past 12 lunar months and just sitting in the bank then 2.5% (10,000 Dirhams) is due for the poor. Bayt Any negative vote (veto) with a reason and proof shall disqualify a leader immediately from the leadership. After the investigation of the details, if the negative vote is fradulent, then all damages shall be on the head of the voter and they shall be marked a liar for ever. And the leader returned to their post. If the negative vote is found to be correct, then the leader shall not be able to return to leadership until all issues related to the negative vote are resolved according to Gods rules. Leadership qualification Any human can be in the leadership as long as they do not have any negative votes (vetos).
