For the very first time as an Indian I felt superior to those English foreigners and received this immense pleasure on the land of Cambodia-a country going through an unusual rapid economic progress despite of domestic uncertainty, just by attracting approximately 5 million foreign arrivals in a year.As an Indian when u see such a strong impact of our very own epics Ramayana, Mahabharata, Lord Vishnu, Brahma and Shiva, great Hindu mythological events like Samudra Manthan, Sita Haran, War of Kurukhshetra in the stone carving on holy Angkor Wat temple n other Hindu temples, the only feeling that can come into your heart is pride. They adopted numerous aspects of Indian culture and religious elements......such a vast #INDIANIZATION# is really unbelievable.The funniest thing was, for most of the foreigners we Indian common tourists are much better tourist guides with huge information than the professional ones...just loved those duck face, embarrassed Cambodian tourist guides :P :P.......Indian civilization, culture, Hinduism, Hindu mythology have entirely grasped the tourist industry in Cambodia. Naturally, the Cambodian people have huge soft corner n respect for Indians, n i think theres nothing wrong with that. But must have to admit with broken heart, the scenario in Thailand is bit different.Everything is westernized...Thai culture, tradition all lost.....Hot Thai chics in micromini skirts n hotpants...running after handsome white guys...some of them are apparently ignorant towards Indian tourists....but Who cares!!!!!! When in Thai pagodas the Buddha is sitting on Naga like Vishnu, hundred of Thai chics praying in front of Shiva Lingams with their head downs n folding hands, thousand of pictures depicting Ramayanas story..........no one can stop you from enjoying the superiority for being an Indian :) :)
