For the younger members of the family, this is how my father and his parents lived and worked. Most of these are pre-WW2. The man standing on the horse, I am fairly sure is the eldest brother George who died prematurely of a burst appendix while working on a property near Richmond in NW Queensland and is buried in grave 156 in the town cemetery. The next two are my paternal grandparents and family at Kuttabul near Mackay, the others I think originate from my fathers various work experiences after the family moved to Torrens Creek. Typically, none of his photos were captioned, and many years afterwards, my mother tried doing so and we inherited the usual shoe boxes and Kodak photo packets.
