For there to be growth change must happen. And change is not at all comfortable because it causes you to traverse unfamiliar avenues. Avenues that are otherwise experienced by those who dare to embrace growth. But change is a necessary component of growth. If change does not happen you better be sure that growth cannot be experienced. You see, change and growth are like siamese twins they are inseparable. If you are to grow you will have to change certain things about yourself. What should I call them? Behaviours, attitudes and your perceptions. These are the things that keep people from growing. If you behave the same way you did last year, then this year and the next will be no different. If you dont change your attitude, you will remain the same while the world around you changes. If you dont change your perceptions, you will see problems and not challenges and this will cause you to be bitter about life and you will never grow. I contend that if you are to grow then you will have to change. Dont be afraid of it, embrace it then you will enjoy the fruits of growth. Dollar Said!
