For thirteen weeks, the W.E (womens empowerment) participants have met an amazing group of community leaders. Tonights final guest speaker was President of My Town Partners, the lovely and enlightening Mary Bolin. Mary embodies empowerment and spoke about how its imperative to surround yourself with others who also want to positively empower you. Mary, who volunteers and has contributed so much to the community, also spoke about how she found the path to her career, the importance of friendship, and remaining positive and focused while faced with adversity. Marys uplifting message of developing significant friendships with women and being there for each other resonated with the W.E participants. I liked her, she kept it real, Andreia remarked while Ashli stated, Mary is really cool and is caring. AND everyone received ultra cool My Town Partners t-shirts!!! Thank you for empowering and inspiring, Mary!!!
