For this years World Teachers MONTH, MIN TEOFISTO-UMLAS paid tribute to her first teachers, her beloved parents, Leon and Olive Teopisto. On her personal note, Min gratefully acknowledged the way her parents teaches values in her young mind when she was just a kid. Early on, she knew they had little resources, but it was her parents teachings that made her confident and made her resolve to live successful but also a meaningful life. Her parents were her first tutors. Maybe, MIN was the only member of our group that had lovingly included her father and mother names in FB information page. A well deserved tribute to her parents. Happy Teachers Month my dear parents and may all other parents follow and emulate our loving teacher in heaven who loves, provides, protects, guides and understand, said MIN to her loving teachers.
