For those following Journeys progress. Here is her getting a bath today. She is very smart and contorts her body to get around the cone. Her feet are raw. : (. I am going to have to take drastic measures and wrap them. Thanks for the suggestion Paula. I hope continued steroids and antibiotics will heal them faster, but Journey, who is currently looking at me with her head down giving me sad eyes needs to get with the program. She is filling out and I am amazed at her resilience. I hope to have a fund raiser set up for her eventually. She costs several hundred dollars every other week not to mention her specialty food and supplements. Once her coat is taken care of she will be adopted out. She has excellent obedience skills and gets along with everyone. At home, she is a great protector and barks at strange people then I tell her. I see it She stops and goes to lay down. In public, she wants to get pets. She loves love. She is a great balance. Loves kids. If you know of someone how is looking for a great senior dog. Please email me. Thanks.
