For those interested in the Jewelry Making classes I will be teaching at The Crafty Behr. We have a day class on April 16th from 10am to 12:30 and A Night Class on Apr 22nd from 6 to 8:30. Hopefully we will get a weekend class scheduled as well. Here is the list of supplies you will need if you are not purchasing them through me at The Crafty Behr. Supply List everything listed here is Hobby Lobby products Softflex 21 strand beading wire sold in 30 in spool 14in diameter or Beadalon 19 strand beading wire sold in 30 in spool 15 in diameter Jewelry Shoppe Brand 1.8 by 2mm crimp tubes Jewelry Shoppe Brand Toggle Clasp 2 per package depending on size of clasp. Jewelry Shoppe Brand 2 inch headpins. Jewelry Shoppe Brand Earring findings come in french hooks or leverbacks for pierced ears or clip on components. Bead Treasures Brand Glass Bead strands in either 6mm or 8mm sizes 3 strands to a card. In the class we will be making a necklace, bracelet and earrings. You will need 88 to 100 beads if using 8mm size or if using 6mm you will need 114 to 118 for the project. All of these numbers are based on 18 or 20 inch necklace and 7 1/2 or 8 inch bracelets. If you need a smaller bracelet then less beads will be used. Tools are not included but,The instructor of the class will have a couple of sets tools that may be used in the classroom as they are my personal sets. If you have your own set of tools feel free to bring them with you. If you choose to bring your own tools you will need a pair of chain nose pliers, a pair of round nose pliers, a pair of cutters to cut your beading wire and a set of crimping pliers.
