For those of us with Music ministries, when you are given a time slot on a Gospel Event, please learn to respect the artist following you by staying within your slot. I know you say the spirit took over...let him take over while passing the mic and moving off the platform and pray that the next group can take it to the next level. The crowd was really getting with us...cool, but get off the stage and theyll give you a bigger slot next time. It isnt your event! If you wanna sing every song you know and dance for 67 hours at your event thats wonderful, but at someone elses event you should move on. We need some worship leaders thatll cut your mic, grab the hook of your song and rock it out, while bringing up the next artist like Donnie McKlurkin and Yolanda Adams would do. Maybe there should be a house band that will just stop playing when your time is done. It only takes it happening to one artist being embarrassed, before we all get it. Ijs.
