For those of you I havent seen in a week: I quit smoking 7 days ago (cold turkey) Because I am so adamant concerning my success, there will be a heavy drop in my socializing. No disrespect nor judgment on any smokers, but at this time it is crucial that i keep myself in a smoke free environment. it sucks because i miss ppl already, but until my urges have eased & ive built new habits, ill be a recluse. unless, you dnt smoke and were hiking/jogging/weight training :) to everyone i love and wont see for a bit, youll see me addiction free ;)
