For those of you asking about the cost of the conference this year, and other information - Jerry Haun will have the packets ready to go out to everyone soon. The cost is $100 per plant (includes 2 people) and $25 each additional person. The Saturday Night Banquet will be $45 ec. or $25 for children under 5. There will be golfing on the Thursday before the conference begins. Cured Meats will stay about the same as years past (with perhaps a few minor changes in a category) and fees are $15 per entry. As the conference classes are coming together is there anything you are wanting to attend in particular? I have requested a class on how to run the office! (Employee issues to taxes, and all the other office junk) not sure how or who they would get to teach this class but this is a great place to have a dialog about things like that so feel free to throw out some ideas and instructors too...Thanks!
