For those of you that are new friends...the left side of my face is partially paralyzed. Has been for 4 years. I have an idea as to what has occurred (but cannot say) in the past few days...around a week...I have been having tingling sensations around the left corner of my mouth. Then shooting pain began when I would chew for an extended amount of time (like normal meal chewing). It feels like over using a muscle. Then 2 days ago I noticed that the left side of my mouth puckered when I would pucker my lips to kiss. Again prior to this it was flat. Would not respond. I cannot say what has caused this...I can only say I am so grateful and happy!!!! I hope the rest of the left side of my face follows the same path!
