For those of you that have been hammered by the frequencies of the last 11 days reaching the Summer Solstice & The Super Full Moon and beyond like myself, PLEASE KNOW that you are getting upgraded once again as your physical body is readjusting to the higher vibration. This was one of the most challenging UPGRADES that I encountered this time. My galactic family was guiding and as a planetary healer, I knew I needed to surrender to Gaia as well.
