For those of you waiting for the Coil-Masters... Heres what Ive heard... Hi Phil, Thank you for showing our product in your show, we appreciate it, its a huge boost to our sales. We are hiring more customer service staff for emailing back to our customers, telling them the order status. And now the team is running better, this problem could be resolved by today. We use the fastest way which takes 3 days to ship the goods to our warehouse located in CA. We are explaining it to the affected customers one by one. I am very sorry for the inconvenience to you and the customers, we will be responsible attitude to resolve the matter. Thank you again for caring about us and those lovely customers. Regards
