For those of you who are not aware, the Oakland As havent had a position player on the All Star Game roster since 2003 when catcher Ramon Hernandez was selected. And they havent had a starter in the All Star Game since Jason Giambi was elected by the fans in 2000. This year Josh Donaldson leads the vote by over a million and Yoenis Cespedes only trailing by 100,000 votes.
