For those of you who have been around for awhile you probably have guessed I am ummmmmm lets use the word sensitive, ha! To say the least. I am a person who has a hard time concealing my emotions no matter what they are. I have learned in order to be a page owner that quite a thick skin is needed to not have your feelings hurt. You can not possibly please everyone. I stepped away from my page because I was hurt that I lost dozens of likes the other day, probably over this whole Beachbody thing. I was sad, I was torn and I was exhausted. I didnt have the energy to want to put into this page what it takes and I didnt know if I would ever grow my skin thick enough to not go to bed at night and think of why I am always lacking and failing here. Then tonight, I ran. I ran and I ran and I came running into my driveway and then it hit me. I wanted to shout to the world what tonights run meant to me but I had said I was backing away from my page. I cant have it both ways. I cant share the good if I cant take the bad. And since you are always one run away from a good mood I have decided to take the bad. For all of you who have always been there for me, cheering me, encouraging me and inspiring me I am here. All of me. THe good and the bad, the sensitive and hopefully the occasional funny. By the way, that run? Yeah that run was a 4.25 mile run of pure hell yet bliss. I havent run that distance in quite some time. I think this runner is officially on the comeback :)
