For those of you who know me well, will know that I am Bipolar. The past few weeks have been very difficult for me, I was on leave for two weeks and the amount of work I got back to was very overwhelming. Pity that people dont try and understand Bipolar, medication and situations that affect Bipolar sufferers, you can try to explain until you are blue in the face, you should be more positive be thankful for what you have you are better off than most people are some of the comments! Not always easy to be positive especially when there are people out there who make it more difficult and dont want to or care to understand what we as Bipolar sufferers go through on a daily basis, this is an imbalance in the brain that cannot always be fixed by being positive, no matter how hard you try! I have a friend out there who has been very supportive, Gugu Masondo thank you for trying to keep me positive and for always being so understanding (I would have killed me long ago if I was you, love you dearly!) I wish there were more people out there like you! My Mom, Coral Broli de Beer has been my rock, love you Ma! Now that that is off my chest I feel a little lighter. My prayer for all Bipolar sufferers out there is that you have a good support system at work and at home and in your circle of friends!
