For those outside of Cincinnati: The DOT (or whomever) is in the process of removing old out-dated infrastructure along I-75 in the inner-city. They have been closing the highway occasionally overnight and weekends to remove portions of old overpasses that are being replaced with newer easier to access exit/entrance ramps. This one seems to have come down on its own but since a construction worker was killed they must have been doing something on it.....or under it.... at the time. So sad for the victim.
