For those unaware of the destructive forces of the VAWA you may find it interesting that the very creation of this page was ruled an act of Domestic Violence and was the final piece used to remove my children from their loving fathers lives. When I created this page it asked would you like to send an invitation to all my contacts which I clicked yes too. My wife was still a contact at that time. Facebook sent her an invitation to the page. There was a current temporary restraining order in place by her based entirely off lies. Facebook sending her an invitation to the page was considered by the judge as a 3rd party contact with the victim and an act of domestic violence. The other violation and act of domestic violence was a text I sent her during the time of the original temporary restraining order, asking to please stop this silliness and that the children needed both of us. The temporary restraining order stated in it that I could text regarding the children. But the judge said that, that kind of text wasnt what was meant by it, that it was meant only to discuss things like doctors appointments, school functions etc. So even though my text was regarding the children as the temporary restraining order said I could do, the context was apparently not correct. The judge ruled that there was no evidence of any violence in our 13 year marriage and that there was no evidence substantiating the original claims she made in the original application for the temporary restraining order to be put in place. However, with the two violations of the temporary restraining order listed above, and therefore two acts of domestic violence, I was considered by law to be a repeat pattern abuser and by state statue no longer allowed to have ANY custody of the children. This is the VAWA! The destroyer of Fathers and lives without mercy. I am but only one, of hundreds of thousands of innocent men this machine of destruction has been used against in the removal of loving Fathers from childrens lives.
