For those who are thinking of travelling South East Asia - have you thought about taking two weeks to volunteer at a wild life conservation centre? I spent 2 weeks of my summer holidays in Tasikoki Wildlife Rescue Centre and it has been one of the most rewarding experience in my life! It is located in Sulawesi, an island of Indonesia. With so many volunteer programs around the world, I can truly say that your donations goes straight to the animals. And the staff truly cares about the animals in this place. Feel free to PM me if you want more information. Another great volunteer program is the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai Thailand. Although I did not volunteer there, I did visit the park and felt positive about it. Also, if youre thinking about going to the Tiger Temple in Thailand - heres some information.
