For those who asked, basically the new post is in Juba, South Sudan with six weeks in then one out (ITALY!) but means that I advise the civilian, police, and military components of the UN mission on the steps to protect civilians - notably, but not exclusively the 85,000 currently taking refuge on the UN premises. The persons on those bases are taking refuge from either (depending on base) the pro-Kiir or anti Kiir forces fighting in the country.
