For those who do take up your spiritual cross: Will you fail? Sure! It’s the flesh nature! But then, you pick yourself up just like Jesus did, stand up on your feet through His strength and your faith in Him, and you go on until your life here on earth has ended and your race is finished—which is but a moment in all reality compared to eternity. Let me just say, to encourage you, that as the literal cross that Jesus bore was heavy and sometimes so much so that He fell beneath its heavy load, our spiritual cross is as heavy and at times we may fall to our “Spiritual” knees because of the “Spiritual” cross’s burden/weight. But, you can find and gain strength in Gods’ Word, Who He Is, and among strong-spiritual brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. If you don’t know one, pray and believe and God will send someone your way or He will send you their way—even if He has to move you. : ) Just a reminder: Paul said, “ I die daily.” 1 Corth 15:31 There is so much more scriptures than these but you should search them for yourselves for in them, you Think you have eternal life—find the Truth in His Word which He Is! I personally don’t use anything but the KJV and a concordance ever now and again. The Holy Ghost will lead you in all Truth when your heart is set toward God in pureness of spirit and truth! Let God be True, Right, and Just and everything contrary to Him/His Word, a lie!
