For those who struggle with losing weight. I heard an interesting interview of a doctor.He was saying that if we eat after dark it throws off our metabolism in a way where we dont burn fat. That is what makes us want sugar/carbohydrates. He also said we should do all of our eating during a 6 hour period of the day. Then stop. He also said that fasting is important, not eating at all every now and then. Fasting is a personal matter of faith to the individual. But God does promote the idea 100s of times in the bible. In Acts-14:23 And when they had appointed elders for them in every church, with prayer and fasting they committed them to the Lord in whom they had believed. Joel-2:12 “Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning; So it makes since that fasting would contribute to our wellness.
