For those who support the Dreamers and Act: The Anhelo Project is a nonprofit organization composed of a group of students, activists, and professionals who organize fundraiser events to distribute yearly scholarships to undocumented students to help them offset the cost of tuition. Every year we have partner with the Chicago Half Marathon and 5k who donate money per volunteer. We are looking for volunteers for Saturday, September 7 from 8:00am-1:30pm at Navy Pier OR at Aid Station # 7 on Race Day, September 8 from 5:30am-10:30am.
