In the application, one can truly feel the changes take place internally and almost immediately begin to notice subtle changes in our environment. So often, we may find ourselves attached to outcomes and personal expectations, leading to disappointment if things dont turn out just the way we had played it out in our creative minds. In saying this, I think its very important to always strive to do whats right whether someone is watching us or not. This, I believe, is what it means to live with integrity.
