For two years while working as a check out chick I always went right out of my way to assist customers in need whenever they got stuck! At times it was frustrating even though I helped when they were really rude and nasty and sometimes didnt even receive a thankyou but I bit my tongue and got over it. NOW as a customer, Im just treated like shit. No staff was willing to help. They just looked down at me, and stared while I struggled with all of my bags and Erix! I even got told off for using the power point at the toilets because I just needed to charge my phone so I could check the amount I had in that account to pay for a taxi and if I didnt I was just going to make a transfer using my phone. So I had no choice but attempt to carry all my bags home, until an old lady stopped to see if I was okay... she was in fact, am old customer used to help with bags when I worked. NOW THATS GOOD KARMA ❤️
