For we OURSELVES also were sometimes FOOLISH, DISOBEDIENT, DECEIVED, serving VARIOUS LUSTS and PLEASURES, living in MALICE and ENVY, HATEFUL and HATING ONE ANOTHER. But after that the KINDNESS and LOVE of God our Savior toward man APPEARED, not by WORKS of RIGHTEOUSNESS which we have DONE, but according to His MERCY He SAVED us, by the washing of REGENERATION, and RENEWING of the Holy Ghost; which He SHED on us ABUNDANTLY through Jesus Christ our Savior (Titus 3:6)… It’s AMAZING that it’s like PULLING TEETH to get the Body of Christ to get out into the STREETS of the WORLD to PREACH, TESTIFY, WITNESS and EVANGELIZE the SINNER with the Gospel of Jesus Christ for their SOUL SALVATION. We in the Church AVOID the SINNERS of the WORLD as though they’re PLAGUES, as if WE were BORN SAVED and have ALWAYS been REDEEMED, as opposed to having also been SINNERS at one time OURSELVES on our way to HELL without a HOPE or a PRAYER! Now that we’re IN the ARK of SAFETY by Christ Jesus, we act as if we’re TOO GOOD to go back out to where we came from to RESCUE someone else. We act as if the WORLD and SINNERS are GERMS that if we allow THEM to TOUCH us they’ll CONTAMINATE us with some INCURABLE, FATAL DISEASE! It’s HIGH TIME we in Christ get down off our HYPOCRITICAL HIGH HORSE and REMEMBER that we too were once SINNERS and that Jesus COMMANDED us to “GO” into the WORLD as He did to SEEK and to SAVE – the LOST!!!
