Forbes has put together their annual list of The Highest-Paid Male TV Actors . . . and for the second year in a row, Two and a Half Men star ASHTON KUTCHER is #1, with $24 million. He made the same amount last year. This is actually the straight third year that Two and a Half Men had an actor top this list. In 2011, CHARLIE SHEEN was #1, with $40 million. JON CRYER was second with $21 million . . . and ANGUS T. JONES made the list with $11 million, even though hes no longer a regular on the show. Thats because these numbers were pulled from June of last year through this past June. Heres the complete Top 10: 1. Ashton Kutcher, Two and a Half Men, $24 million 2. Jon Cryer, Two and a Half Men, $21 million 3. Ray Romano, Parenthood, $16 million . . . Although, most of Rays money came from reruns of Everybody Loves Raymond, and his voice work in the Ice Age franchise. 4. A tie between Mark Harmon of NCIS, and Neil Patrick Harris from How I Met Your Mother, who both pulled down $15 million. 6. Patrick Dempsey, Greys Anatomy, $13 million 7. A tie between Tim Allen of Last Man Standing, and Angus T. Jones from Two and a Half Men, who both made $11 million. Tim is also earning money from reruns of Home Improvement, and his voice work in the Toy Story franchise. 9. A tie between Michael C. Hall of Dexter, and Charlie Sheen from Anger Management, who both raked in $10 million.
