Foreign Aid: It seems unreasonable to me that you and I, through the Government, send in excess of $50B to foreign nations. Sadly, that money was never really ours to give. You see, considering we borrow roughly a Trillion dollars per year that means no less than 5% of all our borrowing is going to foreign nations, in some cases the very nation from whom we are borrowing the money. That debt is being incurred so that we can give money to nations such as Pakistan, Egypt, India, Libya, Iran, Yemen, and China, among a host of others. Sadly, I cannot even tell you that this money is appreciated or well used. There might be a legitimate need, or at least a reason on rare occasions, for your government to give away your money but I believe that it should be far more selective and it should not result in additional debt for us and our children. Simply put any nation that is not actively our ally should receive NO FUNDS. We have already spent too much debt and effort trying to buy the love of those that would destroy us. We cannot support the world while drowning in debt and risking the very future of this great nation.
