Forgive yourself. When you know better, you do better. A bit of humor around whatever pains you helps too. If you can detach as the witness and view it from above without judging it as good or bad (it just is) then thats a start. Life is a movie and you have the power to change it. Dont like that character? Then take them out. Like that person? Go cast more of them in the production. See how that works?
