Forgot to post my stuffed portobello mushrooms and stuffed eggs last night...those were good. Sorry no pics. Filling 8 oz pack white mushroom 1/8 cup white onion 1 lb bacon 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/2 cup toasted and crushed nuts (I used almonds and hazelnuts) cook the bacon until crispy then cool it and chop it fine finely chop up the white mushrooms and onion Mix in the bacon chop the cream cheese and add it Lay mushroom caps on a tray and fill with mix. Bake at 300 for about a half hour or until they smell too good to leave in any longer. I also peel the portobellos and toss the skins and any stems into the stuffing. For the eggs I used soft boiled eggs with the yolk removed, then stuffed them and put them in the oven with the mushrooms. WAAAAY Better than deviled eggs
