Reliable sources told KNS that Former MLC Mohmad Amin Bhat slapped at congress worker Gulam Qadir of Islamabad who according to sources is closely associated with Saif-ud-Soz. “Gulam Qadir stressed to meet Ambika soni at Guest house no 2 in church lane. In the meantime they had heated argument with each other in which Bhat slapped Qadir.”
