Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, speaking after the Katrina disaster, said: We as black people, its time, its time for us to come together. Its time for us to rebuild a New Orleans, the one that should be a chocolate New Orleans. And I dont care what people are saying Uptown or wherever they are. This city will be chocolate at the end of the day. I wonder how much thought hes giving to the makeup of his current chocolate city, where hell be doing 10 years for bribery, wire fraud, money laundering, conspiracy and tax evasion.
