Former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, has told a New York Times journalist that he is ready to die for the sake of freedom of Kenyans.In an exclusive interview with the New York based newspaper published on June 30th, Raila said the people of Kenyans were fed up with the Jubilee administration so much so that they were “willing to take the bullet.”He said the Jubilee coalition had failed Kenyans and that is why he is organizing countrywide rallies to hear the voices of all Kenyans. Raila also said he is ready for the Saba Saba rally where Kenyans will express their grievances to the Government.“I’m not talking about small protests but a massive protest that will shock the World,” Raila said.The opposition leader said a time has come for Jubilee leaders to be held accountable over their misdeeds in the last one year.The former PM who was eating peanuts during the whole interview said the major problems affecting the country include corruption, tribalism, insecurity and lack of respect for the rule of law. Raila said before he goes to the grave, he wants to leave a better country where corruption, tribalism and nepotism will be a thing of the past
