Fort Worth client seeking a Credit Specialist for temp-to-perm opportunity. Pay is $24.00 an hour. Primary responsibilities would include *Reviewing sales orders on credit hold to determine current credit risk and if the credit hold on the account can be released. * Responsible to research options and come up with solutions for clients that are on credit hold. (Examples would be raising credit lines or extending out credit terms on the account). * Evaluate risk levels and coordinate with the sales team regarding various clients and determine a plan of action. *Periodically review DSO and evaluate clients. *Salaried position, but will work overtime on be on-call at various times during the year. Qualifications: * Minimum 3-5 years of credit experience *Strong consumer credit knowledge and basic consultative credit knowledge * Very strong Client Customer Service Skills *Strong MS Word and Excel skills. (Intermediate to Advanced knowledge). Must know how to extract data. Additional information that would be desired, but not a must! * Lien and/or Bond experience would be a plus * Experience utilizing Experian, and NACM systems would also be a plus! * Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business oriented major is also preferred, but not a must!
