Save the Date: Kinsey Collection of Art Exhibit Opening in Baltimore on 11/2 HUAC Baltimore is proud to partner with the DC FAMU Alumni Chapter in welcoming The Kinsey Collection to Baltimore! The Kinsey Collection is a collection of authentic and rare art, artifacts, books, documents, and manuscripts that tell the often untold story of African American acheivement and contribution. Featured in the collection is Howard alumna Bisa Butler. The exhibit will run from 11/2 - 3/2 at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum. ***Volunteers are needed to man the HUAC Baltimore table at the event from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 11/2.*** If you are interested in volunteering, please contact huacb1@hotmail. Legacy Bowling Fundraiser - 11/16 On 11/16 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM a fundraiser will be held at the AMF Woodlawn Lanes to benefit the Davon Green Franklin Foundation. The Foundations mission is to advise and warn students of the dangers of travelling abroad. It is named in the memory of a Howard student from Baltimore who tragically died while on Spring Break in Mexico in 2010. A little background on Interim President Frederick: He is a three-time graduate of Howard (a bachelor’s in zoology, a doctor of medicine and a master’s in business administration), is 42 years old, and was the university Provost and Chief Academic Officer under retiring President Sidney A.
