**Foster Needed***Foster Needed***Foster Needed*** Karly is in a BSL zone!!! Even though she doesnt appear to be a pittie she has been labeled as one and needs to leave the area!!! Please let us know if you can open your home to this beautiful girl!!! Karly is 9 months old, spayed, up to date on everything, and about 45-50 lbs. She has a long story, but the short version is that she was in a shelter that does not screen their adopters. She was adopted and they quickly tired of this sweet girl and tossed her out into the yard. They were very mean to her, she was terrified when she came to us. Through a series of events, the adopters were told about us. They had planned to have her shot, but we were able to get her safely away from them. Dont know what happened to her in their home but it was really bad. She has come around great and doing well, EXCELLENT with other dogs, but NO cats for sure for her. She loves to play with other dogs, and is really a nice, nice girl. Her name is Karly, vet says she is boxer/bully mix. She is very shy of people, takes her awhile to warm up to you, not aggressive to people at all! But very unsure and expects you to be mean to her. She has come a long way and now seems to enjoy the attention, but at first she would skitter away and hunker down if you reached for her. I am sure she will continue to improve, but needs someone with patience and lots of love to give her.
