The first question was, Did you bring joy? The second was, Did you find joy? --Leo Buscaglia These were all saved from Quote a Day on its final edition. I miss that on-line publication -- Human beings are made of body, mind and spirit. Of these, spirit is primary, for it connects us to the source of everything, the eternal field of consciousness. Each of us is here to discover our true Self... that essentially we are spiritual beings who have taken manifestation in physical form...that were not human beings that have occasional spiritual experiences that were spiritual beings that have occasional human experiences. --Deepak Chopra ------------------------------------------------------------ Death is nothing else but going home to God, the bond of love will be unbroken for all eternity. --Mother Teresa ------------------------------------------------------------ When the heart weeps for what it has lost, the soul laughs for what it has found. --Sufi aphorism ------------------------------------------------------------ Of course you dont die. Nobody dies. Death doesnt exist. You only reach a new level of vision, a new realm of consciousness, a new unknown world. --Henry Miller ------------------------------------------------------------ The bitterest tears shed over graves are for words left unsaid and deeds left undone. --Harriet Beecher Stowe ------------------------------------------------------------ As a well spent day brings happy sleep, so life well used brings happy death. --Leonardo DaVinci ------------------------------------------------------------ On lifes journey faith is nourishment, virtuous deeds are a shelter, wisdom is the light by day and right mindfulness is the protection by night. If a man lives a pure life, nothing can destroy him. --Buddha ------------------------------------------------------------ He who has gone, so we but cherish his memory, abides with us, more potent, nay, more present than the living man. --Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
